Sessions can include rhythmic Swedish techniques, deliberate Deep tissue and myofascial techniques, grounding Thai-style compressions, integrative Esalen-style full body strokes, and calming CranioSacral and Acupressure holds. My work is Trauma-informed and always holistic.

I will work with you to create an integrative session that works with what is alive for you that day. That can look like a more relaxed, focused session or more clinically focused or anything in between.
Accepted forms of payment are Cash, Venmo, Zelle and Cashapp. Cards and HSA/FSA accepted soon!
My rates are inclusive. I believe in providing you with the best care without any expectation beyond my rate. Any gratuity insisted on will be used to cover sliding-scale and community care offerings.
All sessions are subject to an 8-hour late cancellation policy, where the client is responsible for the full amount of their appointment.
I do not offer Prenatal ( I am happy to refer you to those who do).

With nothing for you to attend to your mind can find its way to rest and re-establish its familiarity with this restful calm state. This reinforces a "muscle memory" of sorts for the mind. Having more moments of dedicated relaxation helps us be able to carry that state of being as we move through our lives.
